Dans un cinq étoiles on vous propose de la limonade comme jus d'orange ! La demande de deux oeufs à la coque crée un malaise auprès de la personne en charge du petit déjeuner qui apparait non coiffée avec un chemisier non repassé et surtout non souriante. Booking.com promet un parking gratuit (photo) qui vous est facturé à la sortie sous prétexte que c'est l'autre hotel Eight de Portofino. Nous ne l'avons pas payé...
Premièrement l'hôtel n'est PAS à Portofino. Nous avions pris une chambre de luxe à 1.600€ et si la vue est belle, on ne voit pas sur les photos qu'il y a une immense tente devant. La réceptionniste est très aimable mais la personne en charge du petit déjeuner semble sortir de son lit et n'est pas souriante. La propreté de la chambre et de la terrasse sont indignes d'un deux étoiles et l'hotel en compte cinq ! Et, cerise sur le gâteau, la douche reflue les égouts et toute la chambre est mal odorante. Nous avons passé une nuit dans les égouts...Nous avons demandé un remboursement même partiel. Ils ne n'ont pas pris la peine de nous rappeler comme ils l'avaient promis. Scandaleux !
